Todd is the Founder and Managing Director of Ardale Capital. His expertise, industry connections, and dedication to community involvement bring a unique and valuable perspective to our clients at Ardale Capital.
With over 25 years of experience in the commercial finance industry, Todd is a seasoned professional with a proven track record of success. In addition to founding Ardale Capital, he is currently a Managing Director at Cambridge Wilkinson, an investment bank based in New York City. Todd has held key leadership roles at Fora Financial, Valley Bank, Entrepreneur Growth Capital (EGC), and Credit Cash, originating over $250 million for lower middle market borrowers across various industries. As Founder and Director of Business Development at Kind Growth Capital, he facilitated over $75 million in debt financing for cannabis companies.

Bryce is the Head of Business Development at Ardale Capital, where he plays a key role in driving growth and fostering strong relationships with lower and middle-market borrowers.
Prior to joining Ardale Capital, Bryce started his career at HRC Financial Group, where he conducted due diligence on thousands of family offices, RIA's, and private credit firms. His work there deepened his understanding of financial products in the alternative investment sector.
Bryce also brings a solid foundation in finance from his studies at Boston University's Questrom School of Business, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. Additionally, he has earned his Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) certification from FINRA.
